The IDEAL Leadership Summit (ILS) is the national leadership experience of young people, in particular women, in South Africa, which partners with industry experts in corporates, entrepreneurs, academia and NGO's organizations to help young people navigate the leadership space that is impactful to societies and to become effective leaders  And to grow and become a catalyst for change.

The ILS incorporates the traits of traditional leader with global mindset. It will create cross-culture connections, intergenerational connections that will foster self development & development of communities at large. Its aim is to foster the development of next generation of ethical leaders. Hence, the theme of Empowering the future.

The Summit will happen in one day, with breakaway sessions if required. The participants will learn about leadership principles, self leadership, ethical leadership, leadership by example, societal challenges & how leaders navigate through those challenges, practical guidelines with leaders sharing personal stories. Participants will leave Summit with practical tools to apply in everyday life while gaining wisdom & information on how to impact the societies & comunities they live in.
